1.    Basic knowledge on the screen:

1)      The unit cost of a screen depends very much on the pixel pitch selected and type of LED lamps used. For each and every project, we will make technical proposal to discuss with the customers.

2)      To choose the appropriate pixel pitch for a screen, it depends very much on the size of the screen, display content, and viewing distance of the audience.

3)      To choose the type of LED lamps depends very much on the brightness and temperature of the environments, the warranty period the customer requires, and the customer market segmentation level.

4)      There are some other important factors affecting the quality of the total display system and therefore the cost:

a. All misc items and materials used for the module and cabinet production, such as module shelf plastic, power supply unit, thickness of the PCB and cables, etc.

b. Production machinery used, whether they are Lead-free equipment, etc.

c. In-house quality check equipment such as optical auto inspection machine checking soldering quality 100%

d. Factory QA and QC system and cost related, such as factory in-house testing procedures, standards, tested percentage and duration, etc.

2.    Regarding the scope of supply

Most common practice is that we provide you screen cabinets, and clients do the cabinet assembly and structural installation. Each cabinet consists of number modules.

1) Our supply will cover:

a. LED cabinets and spare modules

b. Control system and software

c. Thunder protection unit in case of outdoor application

d. Video processor in case video file sources is not DVI and need conversion

2) Client’s supply and job scope:

a. The entire screen's outer frame and support structures

b. 1-phase or 3-phase Power interface panel

c. Mechanical installation

d. Electrical connection job

3.    On After sales service

1)    Once the order is confirmed, please provide us the location photos and civil works details, we could work out the steel structure drawings for client for construction preparation.

2)    If clients wish, client could send their engineers to our factory for free training, we do no charge for the training, but client need to pay for the travel and their personnel accommodation in China.

3)    Field service: If clients require, we could send out field service engineer to the site to supervise the installation and trial running of the screen, there, he'll provide client’s personnel training on maintenance. This field service will be charged separately.
